Much has changed since I started this blog in 2012. Back then, the world was a more predictable place. Words like "hierarchy", "process", "control" and "planning" were valued.
Today, we can longer deny the impact digital technologies is having in many aspects of human life. Due to the disruptive nature of digital, we now live in a VUCA world with a very different set of value system. The prized words since 2016 are "purpose", "networks", empower", experiment", agile", "transparency", "collaboration", innovation", "customer centricity" and "customer experience"
As our collective value changes, so must our delivery solutions and methods. Much of the ITIL, PRINCE2 and CoBIT frameworks I wrote in 2012 no longer apply today and thus I'm decommissioning this blog.
It's been a good 7 years. A big THANK YOU to those who supported this blog.
